Smokey Cauliflower Steaks with Roasted Kale and Quinoa Salad


You can do so many great things with cauliflower!  I came across this little post from Riverford Organic Farms it had some nice information about cauliflower and how to use it.

Well anyway on with the recipe.  I got this off of a blog called "plantd"  I stuck pretty much to the recipe but omitted the vegan butter and olive oil. I subbed date syrup for the xylitol.  It was really delicious.  I drizzled some Hickory Smoke Balsamic from California Balsamics on top after plating.  It was the perfect touch!  You can get the recipe click here
